Terms of Service

Naetos is operated by Vaert AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using the Naetos website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Naetos is currently in pre-launch. Access to the Naetos platform is limited to accepted Founding 50 members. Naetos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access at any time, with reasonable notice where commercially practicable.

Founding 50 membership is granted at Naetos's sole discretion. Membership confers access to platform previews, product feedback input, and lifetime pricing benefits as described at the time of acceptance. These benefits are personal to the member and are non-transferable.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Naetos platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.

All intellectual property rights in the Naetos platform, including software, branding, design, and content, are owned by Vaert AI Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers such rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naetos and Vaert AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Naetos in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
