When will Naetos launch?
Naetos 4.0 is currently in pre-launch. Founding 50 members will be the first to access the platform, with onboarding beginning Q3 2026.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Joining the Founding 50 waitlist is completely free. Pricing is activated only when the platform goes live, and your founding rate is locked from the moment you sign up.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all Founding 50 members receive a 30-day full-access trial before their first billing date. No credit card required to join the waitlist.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time in industry-standard formats (CSV, JSON). We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.
Are there per-cover or transaction fees?
No. Naetos is a flat monthly subscription. There are no per-cover charges, no commission on bookings, and no take-rate on orders.
Can I add extra locations later?
Yes. Additional locations can be added to your account at any time. Enterprise plans include group-level management from day one.
